The name of this non-profit association, formed for the purpose of promoting nature research for the benefit of all people, is NATURE RESEARCH SOCIETY.

NATURE RESEARCH SOCIETY is a scholarly organization created for the object of promoting science for the benefit of all people by providing a scientific community, publishing high reproducible scientific articles and organizing international annual academic conferences.

Objects

(1) The Society's objects are: 

The society is established for the object of promoting science for the benefit of all people by providing a scientific community, publishing high reproducible scientific articles and organizing international annual academic conferences. 

Objects in detail:
The society aims to enhance the reproducibility of published scientific articles. Currently, only 10-30% published articles can be well reproduced. Many scientists and researchers are confused when experiments reported in literatures cannot be reproduced. It is difficult to know why it cannot be reproduced in their labs. Especially, when an experiment reported cannot be reproduced, it will waste lots of effort, time and funding of researchers around the world. Therefore, the society is founded to promote the advancement of science by publishing open peer reviewed, open access, open comment and open discussion research papers across all scientific fields. the key feature of journals published by this society is that at least one video clip is required to be uploaded and showed to public as solid proofs when publishing an experimental research articles. The uploaded video clips will save time and efforts of scientists who try to reproduce reported results. Moreover, public can get a visual understanding of science in a specific field from the uploaded video clips. Writing and reviewing journal articles is part of the core business of a scientist. But it’s not an efficient way to communicate research results. Therefore, the society is committed to providing an efficient platform. Another feature is that articles published by the society are open comment and discussion, which unite scientists together to a specific topic, make science issues be solved easier.

(2) AND so that: 
(i) None of the objects set forth in any sub-clause of this Clause shall be restrictively construed but the widest interpretation shall be given to each such object, and none of such objects shall, except where the context expressly so requires, be in any way limited or restricted by reference to or inference from any other object or objects set forth in such sub-clause, or by reference to or inference from the terms of any other sub-clause of this Clause, or by reference to or inference from the name of the Society.
(ii) None of the sub-clauses of this Clause and none of the objects therein specified shall be deemed subsidiary or ancillary to any of the objects specified in any other such sub-clause, and the Society shall have as full a power to exercise each and every one of the objects specified in each sub-clause of this Clause as though each such sub-clause contained the objects of a separate Society.

Non-profit distribution

The Society prohibits the payment of dividends, or any return of capital, to its members. The Society's income is to be applied in promoting its objects.

Voting Rights

Each member of the Society will be entitled to one vote.
